Teen to Teen (T2T) Peer Health Education
Program funded by the March of Dimes
This summer and continuing through Feb. 2008, the UA National
Center of Excellence in Women's Health is training a team of
15-21 year olds to talk to other teens about basic health topics.
The teens are developing their own outreach strategies that
may include one-on-one or small group presentations, writing
an article for a school newsletter or website, or participating
in a health fair or conference. The T2T team will also be giving
a workshop on "Understanding Teens and Sex" on Sept.
26, 2007 at the Arizona Women's Conference.
